Wherein I discuss chickens etc

Oh man. So blogging and real life = not mixing of late. However that does not mean that I haven't been writing my ass off, traveling hither and yon, buying the fuck out of a house, and still soaking in life. All of which is to say that while I am happy to share such with this blogger situation, I have yet been able to find the time to do so. Until now. Which means sharing a tiny bit at 1135pmCST on a Fri night after having one of the most relaxing farm situations wherein I cooked for my friends (chicken pesto farafalle), watched the now-big chicks run around their outdoor chicken fence, walked around the fields with my dogs and friends under a big sky and no people/noise/thinking which really helped decompress I must say. So life is good. Tomorrow: Farmers market, more farm therapy, beer, friends, hard work, settling in, being me. Cannot complain. I'd write more but you know, back in the midwest means saying little, feeling lots. All in all = yay!
