Ice and Thunder

I know that the weather is crazy everywhere these past couple of days, but just yesterday it was 70 degrees and I was wearing shorts while riding my bike. This is what it looks like today:



Time to tuck in tonight and have a fire!

For this time of year that's warm for you, right? I passed through Kansas from Denver on one of those family RV vacations. We went to Graceland.
as we traveled on the highway in Kansas and I looked out across what seemed untouched land...I felt lonely. I'm from Southern California and from a big family. I grew up with 8 sisters and 3 brothers, so I guess I'm used to crowed areas and people.
It was cold here yesterday and I had the fire place on.
